What are your shipping costs?
We offer $5 flat rate via USPS, and free shipping on orders over $100.
When will I receive my order?
All of our jewelry is handmade and fulfilled out of our Cheshire, CT studio. Due to its handmade nature, please allow 3-7 business days for orders to ship.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order is fulfilled.
Can you provide worldwide shipping?
We currently do not ship internationally.

The Always Busy Mama™️ would like to offer a storefront someday, but currently we are an online and special event only business.
What are your return and exchange policies?
We want to make sure you are as happy with your jewelry as possible. We offer returns and
exchanges within 14 days of your item’s delivery. Pieces that are “ready to ship” are eligible for full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.
- Pieces need to be marked as shipped on or before the 14 days out from delivery timeline.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded. All orders are subject to shipping costs on
returns or exchanges.
Pieces noted as final sale or personalized are not eligible to return or exchange since these are custom made.

What materials do you use for your jewelry?
All my materials are high-quality and all my gold is 14k gold-filled. I will never risk quality issues by using plated or Vermeil gold.
Sterling Silver:
Our sterling silver boasts a classic, elegant appearance. It’s a durable, lightweight, and enduring alloy, making it ideal for regular use. We incorporate .925 certified sterling silver to ensure quality.
14K Gold Filled:
Our 14k Gold Filled involves a generous layer of solid 14kt gold, heat and pressure bonded to a core of top-quality jeweler’s brass. This creates a piece as enduring as solid gold itself. Gold filled jewelry is largely tarnish-resistant, benefiting from the protective properties of the thick 14k gold layer.
14K Rose Gold Fill:
The unique pinkish-orange hue of our 14K Rose Gold Fill comes from a blend of gold and copper. This alloy is robust, long-lasting, and versatile, perfectly suited for everyday jewelry. Like our other gold-filled options, it is designed for durability and daily wear.
How do I care for my jewelry?
To ensure your jewelry retains its pristine condition for years, follow these practical care tips:
Storage:
The right storage can significantly prolong the beauty of your jewelry. We highly recommend using a Jewelry Case or any airtight container or bag is effective. Exposure to oxygen, moisture, and chemicals can tarnish or dull your pieces. If you won’t be wearing an item for an extended period, ensure it’s properly stored and not left out.
Tangles:
Avoid tangles by ensuring all clasps are secured before storing.
Cleaning and Polishing:
Should your jewelry lose its luster or begin to tarnish, restoring its shine is straightforward. We recommend using a Polishing Cloth, although any quality jewelry cleaner will suffice. Regular polishing will help maintain its original gleam.
Chemicals:
While our jewelry is designed to withstand exposure to water and sweat, we suggest minimizing contact with chlorine and other harsh chemicals found in pools, hot tubs, and spas.
