If you need to remove your permanent jewelry, carefully cut at the jump ring—not the chain—to preserve it for reattachment. The Always Busy Mama offers a complimentary first reattachment; subsequent services will be $10 each.

Important Note: If the chain is damaged beyond repair or significantly altered, it will require replacement at the owner's expense.

Your new permanent jewelry, while sturdy, requires your attention and care to maintain its beauty and integrity. Follow these guidelines to keep your jewelry in pristine condition:

Your jewelry should clean itself while you are in the shower; however, it is good to clean your jewelry from time to time, especially if you are in and out of pools, hot tubs, and/or excessively sweating. 

Proper Washing: Gently wash your chains with warm water and mild dish soap, then finish with a polishing cloth to restore their shine.

Avoid Harmful Substances: Steer clear of perfumes, makeup, hair sprays, lotions, and self-tanners that might tarnish or damage your jewelry.

If your permanent jewelry breaks at the jump ring, I am happy to reweld it for you. However, if the chain breaks, this is considered normal wear and tear, and I am unable to offer repairs or replacements for those pieces.

Remember, once your piece is welded, it becomes your responsibility to care for and maintain it. Proper care, cleaning, and attention to your jewelry will help preserve its longevity. Tarnishing is a natural process, and while I provide care instructions, I cannot offer replacements for tarnished pieces.

Private Event Details:

• Minimum Requirements: A minimum of 6 guests and 6 jewelry purchases are necessary for the event.
• Host Rewards: Host a party with at least 6 purchasing participants, and receive a complimentary bracelet as a thank you.
• Event Setup: We arrive about 30 minutes prior to your event to set up a curated selection of our finest 14k Gold Fill or Sterling Silver chains and charms for you and your guests to choose from.
• Deposits: A $50 deposit secures your date, is fully refundable the day of the event or applicable to purchases once the minimum requirement is met.
• Cancellation Policy: Deposits are non-refundable if the event is canceled or rescheduled less than 48 hours in advance, or if the purchase minimum is not met.
