The Big Feelings Set is designed for emotional moments that don’t always have a reason. STEP 1: MEASURE YOUR WRIST SIZE
Simply measure the circumference of the wrist you plan on wearing your bracelet on using a piece of string and ruler or a flexible tape measure.
STEP 2: ADD DESIRED COMFORT
Decide how you like to wear your bracelet. There's nothing worse than an annoyingly tight or loose bracelet. We've taken the guesswork out of the equation. Simply add the following measurements to ensure a perfect fit.

Materials & why it lasts
14k gold-filled is a thick layer (at least 5% gold by weight) of real 14k gold bonded to a base metal, not dipped, so it won't flake or rub off with everyday wear. Sterling silver is certified .925.

Will it tarnish? Can I get it wet?
14k gold-filled resists tarnish and handles water, hand-washing and sweat. Sterling silver naturally darkens over time, faster with lotion, perfume and humidity; a quick rub with a polishing cloth brings the shine right back.
Take pieces off for pools and hot tubs (chlorine), and store them in a closed bag or box between wears.
